Terms of service

These terms cover websites built and hosted by Storefront ("we", "us") for you, the business ("you"). By approving a site and paying for it, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
We design, write and host a one-page website for your business, and make small updates you request by email (for example hours, services, photos or holiday closures). Larger changes, such as new pages, are not included unless we agree in writing.
2. Price and payment
The build fee is $199, one time, due only after you have reviewed and approved the finished site. Hosting and updates are $25 per month, billed monthly starting when the site goes live. Prices do not include a domain name; domains are registered in your name and paid to the registrar directly.
3. Approval and redos
You see the finished site before paying the build fee. If you are not happy with it, tell us what to change and we will revise it. If you decide not to go ahead before approving, you owe nothing.
4. Cancelling
There is no contract. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing hello@trystorefrontsites.com. Your site stays online until the end of the month you have paid for. On request, we will send you the site files. The build fee is not refundable once you have approved the site and it is live.
5. Your content
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use any photos, logos or text you send. Your business name, photos and text remain yours. We may use our own design work, without your business details, as a general example of our work only with your permission.
6. Reviews and listings
Customer reviews shown on your site are quoted from your public Google listing. We never write, alter or invent reviews. You can ask us to remove any review or photo.
7. No guarantees about rankings or results
We build sites using sound practices for speed, mobile use and search, but we do not promise any search ranking, number of visitors, calls or sales.
8. Availability
We use a reliable hosting provider and aim to keep your site online at all times, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Acceptable use
We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell current customers by email before changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
