Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Storefront ("we") collects and how we use it. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the web.
Information we collect
- Emails you send us. If you write to hello@trystorefrontsites.com, we keep your message, your email address, and anything you choose to include so we can reply and do the work you ask for.
- Public business information. To build preview sites, we use information a business has made public on its Google Business listing, such as its name, address, hours, phone number, photos and customer reviews.
- Customer details. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to build and run your site and to bill you, such as your business details and billing records. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data like IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, and no selling or renting of your information.
- No adding you to mailing lists you didn't ask for. Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and replying "no" works.
Preview sites
Preview sites are labeled as unofficial concepts, are set to stay out of search engines, and are taken down after 14 days unless the business wants the site. A business owner can ask us to remove a preview at any time by emailing hello@trystorefrontsites.com, and we will take it down promptly.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to hello@trystorefrontsites.com or to our mailing address below.
